Consultative
Catalyst Group engagements begin with a meeting with the client, family members and  appropriate concerned others. The goal is to collect information and develop the goals and procedures for the project. The input from this meeting will form  the basis of a proposal which The Catalyst group will produce and provide to the client for approval and acceptance. This proposal will serve as the project plan to guide our work throughout the process.

Professional
The Catalyst Group has developed relationships with a broad range of senior care professionals to provide expertise to our clients that we do not possess in-house. We work with elder law and probate attorneys, case managers, care managers and providers, senior move managers, health care professionals, etc., all certified as being premiere members of their respective professions .

Confidential
All information that we collect is treated as strickly confidential and will be shared only with the client and those he or she designates. Access to a client's private information is restricted to the Catalyst Group staff member who is working on that client's project at the time the work is being performed.

Secure
All computerized client information is encrypted to U.S. DOD 'Top Secret' standards on computers that are protected by both hardware and software firewalls, as well as anti-virus and anti-spyware software that is updated several times each day. Hard-copy material is maintained under lock and key in our offices and sensitive documents are processed through a cross-cut confetti shredder before being recycled.
